Return & Exchange Policy – Vidhate Paithani

Paithani sarees are handwoven luxury products, so we follow a transparent policy:

🎨 Color Variation Policy

Saree colors may appear slightly different depending on photography lighting, camera settings, screen brightness, device display, and individual monitor settings.

Returns or exchanges are strictly not accepted for color-related concerns, including perceived color differences, color variation, or mismatch between the product image and the color perceived on the customer's device.

Customers are requested to carefully review the product images and description before placing an order.

✅ Returns / Exchanges Accepted Only If:

• You receive a damaged product, or

• You receive a wrong product

📌 You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos on WhatsApp or email.

❌ Returns / Exchanges Not Accepted If:

• The saree has been used, worn, washed, or altered

• The issue is related to color preference (colors may slightly vary due to screen settings)

• Return request is made after 48 hours

• Saree is returned without original tags or packaging

🔁 Exchange Process

• Once approved, we will arrange an exchange or store credit.

• Exchange depends on product availability.

💰 Refunds

• If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
