How long does shipping take?
We ship within 2-3 business days, and orders usually arrive within 5-7 days. Shipping is free across India.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We specialize in custom handloom Paithani sarees. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll create something special for you.
What if my saree arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, and we will put it right. Please note that colour variation caused by photography, lighting or screen settings is not a valid reason for return or exchange, and a saree is not returnable once Fall & Pico or Handmade Tassels has been applied to it.
Are your sarees authentic?
Yes. Every saree is woven in Yeola and sold directly by us, the weaving family, since 1987. Each product page states clearly whether that saree is handloom or powerloom, and our pure silk sarees carry the Silk Mark.
